One year ago in July Anglican Bishops from around the world gathered in Canterbury, England (including Presiding Bishop Curry and other bishops from The Episcopal Church), to discuss the Lambeth Calls and to reflect on the First Letter of Peter!
Why the First Letter of Peter?
Because of Covid the general sessions we streamed live and placed on YouTube. The Bible Study sessions were led by The Most Reverend Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury. That learning is available to everyone worldwide, but the reflection questions the Bishops used were not available to the wider world. Now they are!
In five consecutive Wednesday evenings, starting in July, we have the unique opportunity to hear Archbishop Welby’s insightful comments on 1 Peter and to then use the Bishop’s reflection questions!

We will meet in the church first to view the video and then in pairs or small groups to reflect on the selected passages from 1 Peter and the prepared questions. Materials for the study will be provided.
